Engineer, Fuels​/Project Manager

Constellation Energy seeks an Engineer, Fuels / Project Manager to lead planning, engineering, and execution of fuel-related projects across our energy portfolio. In this role, you will analyze fuel supply options, support generation planning, and manage projects from scoping through commissioning, ensuring safety, reliability, budget, and schedule targets. You will coordinate with operations, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders, oversee technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement in fuel efficiency, risk management, and environmental performance within a collaborative, innovation-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and management of fuel-related projects from concept through commissioning
• Analyze fuel supply options, costs, and risks to support generation planning and strategy
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to deliver project milestones
• Monitor project performance, prepare technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders
• Optimize fuel system reliability, efficiency, and environmental performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices in fuel engineering
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and standards
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, innovation-focused culture
