Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. SummaryWe’re seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of Drift Spa. This role ensures a seamless guest journey from check‑in to check‑out, while upholding our philosophy of luxury service and intentional care. If you love hospitality, organization, and creating a sense of ease for others, this role is for you.
Responsibilities- Warmly welcome guests and guide them through their spa experience.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and guest communications with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on services, treatments, and retail products.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and coordination to ensure operational flow.
- Anticipate guest needs, resolving concerns with thoughtfulness and integrity.
- Maintain the front desk area, lobby, relaxation room, and sanctuary (locker rooms) as a calm, organized, and inviting environment.
- Perform tea ceremony/ aromatherapy for guests, with intention, precision and gratitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous proven experience in hospitality, spa, or luxury service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Professionalism balanced with warmth and empathy.
- Ability to multitask gracefully in a guest‑facing role.
- Alignment with holistic wellness and Drift’s philosophy of intentional care.
