Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. SUMMARY
The Executive Casino Host develops and sustains high-value relationships with VIP players by leveraging targeted marketing strategies and delivering exceptional, personalized service.
Develops and maintains relationships with VIP customers through weekly telemarketing efforts and in-person engagement on the casino floor
Proactively seeks new business on the casino floor by promoting the benefits of the Players Club card program and enrolling new members
Maintains a strong, visible presence on the casino floor to meet and greet guests during individual visits and special events
Generates revenue through account development and effective use of current customer databases
Makes informed decisions regarding complimentary offerings based on recorded play, earned points, comp availability, and overall customer profitability
Demonstrates effective communication skills when interacting with both new and assigned customers
Achieves departmental sales, revenue, and growth goals
Maintains strict confidentiality of customer information and adheres to established control procedures to protect sensitive customer and company data
Ensures all player account information is accurate and up to date to maintain database integrity
Collaborates with Casino Operations and Casino Marketing team members to share pertinent guest information
Resolves guest and operational issues in a calm, professional, and prudent manner
- Must be 21 years of age
- College degree in Marketing or Sales or equivalent industry experience in a similar role
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple activities in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work a varying schedule to reflect business needs
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions, and apply to practical situations using fractions, percentages, measurements, proportions, and problem solving
