Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with information about Hollywood Casino and inquiries in promotions and admissions areas;
Retrieve table games ratings and use patron response functions;
Redeem star points using casino computer systems for guests;
Assist guests with special needs;
Communicate marketing programs including star point value and promotional items;
Monitor inventory of promotional items and notify supervisor to reorder;
Make restaurant reservations and issue complimentaries when applicable;
Operate Coat Check and lead property tours as needed
