Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
Aurora, IL | Hybrid 3 days On-Site
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across North America to support senior leadership decision-making. This role aligns U.S. financial plans with company objectives, delivers performance insights, and drives standardized, efficient FP&A processes that enable strong business performance.
Responsibilities- Lead regional FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Oversee monthly financial reporting and business review materials for senior leadership
- Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and finance leaders to develop financial projections
- Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting tools
- Lead strategic financial and analytical initiatives across the region
- Support development of data visualization and advanced analytics
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or similar
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 12+ years of corporate finance experience, including 6+ years in FP&A
- Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
- Proven leader with strong communication and change management skills
A minimum of 200
Mb/sec download and 10
Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $153K to $190K. This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
