Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support & collaborate to fulfill Quarterly forecasts, Annual budgets, Variance analysis with capture of exceptional items
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results versus forecast and budget
- Prepare management reports, real time dashboards and executive presentations
- Perform variance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Deliver Operations, HR Ops, and Deliver Ops
- Assist in maintaining Action tracker with visibility and alignment with actual results
- Improve reporting processes by smart techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in FP&A roles
- Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical, problem solving and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- CPA, CFA or MBA is a plus
- Experience supporting senior leaders
- Experience in a fast-paced and fulfilling real time ad hoc requests from leaders
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $66,700 - $123,900.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
