Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities- Review complex federal and multi-state tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 1041)
- Conduct advanced tax research and planning for closely held businesses, HNW individuals, trusts, and partnerships
- Manage tax engagements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships
- Supervise, mentor, and review work of junior tax staff
- Collaborate with partners on strategic tax planning and complex matters
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance
- 6–10+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Active CPA license (Required)
- Strong review experience across major tax return types
- Expertise in federal and multi-state taxation
- Proven strength in tax research and planning
