Position Summary
As a Financial Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and decision‑making. You will provide insightful analysis, develop financial models, and support strategic initiatives.
Location: Illinois (Aurora) – Hybrid Schedule with two remote days.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Salary: $85,000 – $107,000.

- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management.
- Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from budget and forecast.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Support ad‑hoc requests from management and internal customers, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of specific business issues, such as profitability, pricing or market trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
- Implement new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
- Hearing healthcare industry knowledge, preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive and results‑oriented approach.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate FP&A role.
- Advanced database modeling, report creation and report generation experience.
