Responsibilities
  • Process and audit customer billings and credits.
  • Record payments to customer accounts.
  • Manage collection activities.
  • Work with customers and Business Units to troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable records.
  • Update aging and bad debt analysis.
  • Maintain customer billing records in the ERP system.
  • Issue invoices to customers.
  • Post cash received to customer accounts.
  • Ensure timely payments by contacting customers and collecting outstanding balances.
  • Research account disputes and billing discrepancies, ensuring proper accounting entries for all billing and receipts.
  • Partner with Business Units to ensure all orders are properly billed in a timely manner.
  • Download daily ACHs, wires, and lockbox payments.
  • Manage and audit approved CMRs for proper documentation.
  • Create and issue customer credits and rebills as required.
  • Maintain data for monthly CMR tracking.
  • Create and maintain credit history files.
  • Identify risk of bad debt or financial exposure.
  • Maintain and distribute daily sales tracking files.
  • Perform Accounts Receivable month‑end reporting.
  • Assist other Accounting department personnel as required.
  • May require overtime and/or weekend work.
  • Adhere to all PCI policies, procedures, and rules.
  • Update and present applicable metrics reports.
  • Perform month‑end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations for related accounts.
  • Participate in all regular and required department meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills: ability to perform more complex tasks and knowledge of various computer programs.
  • Full professional proficiency: ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
  • High reasoning: ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.

  • Customer service: respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage potentially difficult, unpredictable, or volatile customer situations while maintaining positive relationships.
