This position supports the Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) Consolidations team. LPSD provides exciting opportunities for accountants who want to be challenged and directly involved in business decision-making within a fast‑paced, innovative, and growing global organization.

This role provides Financial Planning & Analysis support, partnering closely with the LPSD Emissions and Power Systems Regulatory Compliance (EPRC), Administrative, and Human Resources teams. The position plays a key role in coordinating financial reporting processes, managing system‑related activities, and delivering business insights through both financial and non‑financial metrics.

What You Will Do:
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing Financial Planning & Analysis support to the LPSD Emissions and Power Systems Regulatory Compliance (EPRC) team and LPSD Human Resources team
  • Support headcount, period cost, and non‑financial metric reporting for LPSD
  • Coordinate financial reporting system processes, including monthly financial analysis submissions and quarterly and annual forecast submissions
  • Facilitate SEC and division compliance surveys and reporting for LPSD
  • Leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and enhance business insights
  • Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc reporting requests as needed

  • Education/

    Experience:

    This position typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business related degree.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
  • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self‑management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Summary Pay Range:

$81,370.00 - $
