• Serve as a key financial advisor to executive leadership.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making and business growth.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month‑end close.
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Maintain strong internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial policies.
• Analyze financial transactions and ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements.
• Manage annual audits, financial reviews, and regulatory filings.
• Continuously assess and strengthen internal controls and risk management practices.

• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance personnel.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve reporting capabilities.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to support operational and financial objectives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or controllership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience managing audits, financial statements, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to translate financial information into meaningful business recommendations.
