Responsibilities
  • Act as primary client contact to uncover financial needs and provide holistic banking and investment solutions.
  • Collaborate with market partners, COIs, and the community to build relationships and deliver the desired customer experience.
  • Focus on new client acquisition, increasing AUM and investment penetration within portfolios.
  • Take a consultative approach to relationship building; uncover opportunities and develop recommendations.
  • Provide financial advice and solutions using products such as simplified advisory accounts, annuities, mutual funds, 529s, and life insurance.
  • Collaborate with a Financial Advisor for clients with more complex needs.
  • Proactively manage client portfolio to uncover needs and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Recommend products, pricing, and services; connect customers with experts based on financial decisions.
  • Achieve sales targets by acquiring new assets and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Introduce and guide clients to digital platforms and promote digital features.
  • Develop and execute a business plan with sales strategies to meet objectives.
  • Identify short- and long-term value creation opportunities for target segments.
  • Actively participate in the community to identify prospects and build referral relationships.
  • Coordinate outreach for seminars, campaigns, and client events.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.
  • Source new revenue and investments through client acquisition and deepening relationships.
  • Deliver consistent client service using the established playbook and guidelines.
  • Support client onboarding, documentation, service delivery, and escalation of complex situations.
  • Build product knowledge and financial expertise for assigned portfolios.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales and service performance; identify gaps and implement action plans.
  • Provide training to branch personnel to enhance their knowledge of mass-affluent clients.
  • Review credit applications and recommend remedies to maintain asset and credit quality.
  • Follow security and safeguarding procedures and apply due diligence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
  • Execute tasks to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
  • Conduct quality customer review meetings for retention and expansion purposes.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a financial services organization.
  • Post-secondary degree preferred; not required.
  • Proven knowledge of banking products, services, pricing strategies, and profitability management.
  • Required licenses: SIE Exam, Series6,63,65, state Life and Health insurance. Preferred:
    Series7,66,65.
  • Licenses not held must be obtained within 120 days of start date.
  • Advanced understanding of deposit, loan (including mortgage), cash‑flow analysis, lending process, credit risk policies, and bank practices.
  • In‑depth knowledge of brokerage, insurance, retirement plans, business banking solutions, succession planning, personal trust, and investment management.
  • Knowledge of client portfolio management and technical proficiency gained through education or experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in product & solution design, investment, insurance, advisory products.
  • Advanced proficiency in deposit & cash management, lending & credit, prospecting & acquisition, sales strategy, advisory communication, onboarding, retention, portfolio & relationship management, risk & compliance.
  • Strong learning agility, collaboration, and U.S. only originator of consumer loans status (RegulationZ,G,S.A.F.E. Act) with required federal registration via NETS & R.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $51,800.00 – $95,900.00 (salaried; commission structure may apply). Compensation varies by location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
