D365 F&O Business Analyst – (Finance & Order-to-Cash)
We’re working with a multi-site, multi-country manufacturing and distribution organisation supporting operations across North America.
They are looking for a Business Analyst II to act as the functional owner for Finance and Order-to-Cash processes within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.
This is a high-ownership role where you won’t just support the system - you’ll shape how it runs. You’ll sit at the centre of Finance and Customer Service operations, accountable for how core processes function day to day across AR, AP, GL, invoicing, pricing, credit, customer setup, and end-to-end order flow within D365 F&O.
You’ll work directly with business leadership to translate requirements into functional solutions, drive continuous improvements, and standardise processes across multiple sites and regions.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Background supporting Finance and Order-to-Cash processes
- Understanding of AR, AP, GL, invoicing, pricing, credit, and order lifecycle management
- Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments preferred
Hybrid role based in the Greater Chicago area
