• Lead buy‑side and sell‑side transaction services engagements, providing financial due diligence assistance to private equity, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers.
• Perform quality‑of‑earnings, debt and debt‑like, and working‑capital analysis.
• Understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies.
• Communicate due diligence findings verbally to clients and in a formal written report.
• Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, net working‑capital trends, and indebtedness considerations.
• Lead an engagement and provide real‑time feedback and guidance to clients to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Lead due diligence meetings with target management.
• Supervise staff and provide performance feedback.
• Lead and participate in people development and business development efforts.
• Willingness to travel (typically around 25‑30%).

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Current licensed CPA.
• 8+ years of recent audit, transaction advisory or other relevant experience; prior transaction advisory services experience required.
• Big‑4, national, or large regional firm experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude towards business development.
• Experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or shareholders toward the successful completion of a project.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting issues.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi‑task).
