We're seeking an experienced Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to join a growing team that specializes in complex Defined Contribution retirement plans. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with sophisticated plan designs, tackling technical compliance issues, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
What You’ll Do- Administer a portfolio of complex 401(k), profit-sharing, and other qualified retirement plans from A–Z.
- Perform annual compliance testing, contribution calculations, and Form 5500 preparation.
- Work with advanced plan designs, including New Comparability/Cross-Tested plans, custom allocation formulas, and corrective compliance work.
- Interpret plan documents and ensure compliance with ERISA and IRS regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive guidance and exceptional service.
- Mentor junior administrators and assist with technical questions as needed.
- 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience.
- Strong experience administering complex qualified retirement plans.
- Experience with advanced plan designs, compliance testing, and Form 5500 preparation.
- In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
- FTW experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
