Responsibilities
- Support the development of valuation models to analyze economic merits and risks
- Contribute to the development of project financing structures and analyze alternative approaches
- Collaborate with company engineers, developers, originators, asset managers, and accounting professionals
- Assist in the due diligence process for project finance, corporate finance, and M&A transactions
- Support closings for construction financings, term conversions and term loan financings, tax equity, and cash equity
- Interpret and review terms in operating agreements, financing agreements, and power purchase agreements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in finance, banking, consulting, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop complex financial models in Excel
- Familiarity with project or corporate finance transactions
