Sales Leader, Bankcard

Responsibilities

• Leading the Commercial Payments Solutions (CPS) Bankcard growth strategy within the Specialized Industries Verticals.
• Driving acquisition, portfolio expansion, cross-sell execution, and strategic client engagement across priority market segments.
• Contributing to the broader PMI Sales Distribution strategy focused on revenue acceleration, unified sales execution, client growth, and increasing wallet share.
• Engaging in enterprise account planning, cross-product orchestration, pipeline governance, strategic vertical development, and execution of growth initiatives.

• BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or other related fields or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services.
• 8+ years of management experience developing sales teams, preferred.
• Experience working in financial services, payments, treasury, or a regulated industry preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in driving growth strategies within Commercial Payments Solutions, focusing on client engagement, portfolio expansion, and revenue acceleration. Proven ability to lead sales teams and execute strategic initiatives in financial services and regulated industries.
