SAP Core Finance Consultant – Manager

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
• Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP finance applications
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to deliver on client expectations
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements
• Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for business process improvement
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights for financial reporting and forecasting

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Preference for a Master's or MBA in Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Central Finance and SAP FICO
• Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting for strategic planning
• Excelling in financial risk management and regulatory compliance
• Managing financial transformation projects with SAP solutions
• Leveraging analytical thinking to improve business processes
• Embracing change and innovation in finance technology

Demonstrates expertise in SAP Central Finance and SAP FICO, with a strong focus on financial modeling, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to lead financial transformation projects and enhance business processes through analytical thinking and innovative finance technology.
