Personal Banker

Position Overview

Personal Banker at PNC’s Aurora Eola branch in Aurora, IL. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet and drive new revenue.
• Strive to create a differentiated customer experience and elevate client loyalty.
• Execute lobby engagement, outbound calling, appointment setting, teller interactions, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Deliver full PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions and leverage technology.
• Apply product knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, managing risk and demonstrating sound judgment.
• Participate in daily branch operations to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Required:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related banking or retail experience.
• Knowledge of banking products and customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Incentive eligible based on performance.
