Real Estate, Agency Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential loans to ensure they meet appropriate standards
• Handle due diligence process with internal and external parties
• Analyze investment strategy, cash flow assumptions, and market data
• Complete detailed investment packages for credit approval
• Assist credit officers in achieving overall domestic and international mortgage production goals
• Provide analytical support including market research, due diligence tracking and review, cash flow modeling, property valuation, and borrower credit review
• Prepare loan submissions for transactions spanning various multifamily property types
• Perform Excel-based financial modeling and analysis

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities in loan analysis, financial modeling, and market research, with a focus on multifamily property types and investment strategies. Proficient in due diligence processes and credit review to support mortgage production goals.
