- Coach team members to provide optimal client experience, performance, and proper call management
- Assist the Team Manager in overseeing Premium Elite Plus Relationship Managers
- Drive asset consolidation, retention, and product penetration to expand client relationships
- Serve as first point of contact for client escalations and coordinate research, resolution, and follow-up
- Manage schedules, segment reporting, and campaign completion
- Provide immediate coaching for client experience improvement
- Listen to and grade Quality Assurance calls
- Execute business development strategies and goals to achieve growth while focusing on client experience
- Resolve client situations by managing cases, researching issues, and communicating solutions
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to escalated client issues
- Develop expert knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and complex trading strategies
- Review team activities to improve performance execution while managing risk
- Collaborate across Enterprise business lines and Merrill Edge partners
- Oversee day-to-day operations and processes
- Translate organizational goals into employee metrics and goals, evaluate progress, and provide feedback
- Train, motivate, guide, and develop employees while helping resolve conflicts and improve outcomes
- Experience with advanced trading strategies, options, fixed income, and margin required
- Series 7 & 66 required
- Series 9 & 10 preferred; if not currently held MUST be obtained within 120 days of start date
- Confident and engaging presence
- Sound decision making skills with ability to manage risk and overall client experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Minimum two years of investment, trading and brokerage experience
- Knowledge of the Enterprise platforms (US Trust, BAC, Advisory)
Demonstrates expertise in advanced trading strategies, including options and fixed income, while effectively managing client relationships and enhancing the client experience. Proven ability to coach and develop team members, execute business development strategies, and apply critical thinking to resolve complex client issues.
