A PE-backed, highly acquisitive organization is seeking a Finance Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis & Treasury to join its growing finance team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial storytelling, management and Board reporting, cash flow forecasting, and Treasury activities, while partnering closely with Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can explain the "why" behind the numbers, work effectively across functions, and bring a thoughtful, business-oriented approach to financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Finance and Treasury financial reporting, translating results into clear insights and communicating the key drivers of performance to senior leadership and the Board.
  • Partner with the business to understand performance, priorities, and challenges and ensure those insights are reflected in financial reporting and Board materials.
  • Own the 13-week cash flow forecast, providing visibility into near-term cash requirements, liquidity, and potential risks.
  • Own the monthly management reporting and Board materials, ensuring reporting is accurate, concise, and connected to business performance.
  • Support approximately 10% of the role in domestic Treasury activities, including management of letters of credit and support for debt and interest-rate related activities.
  • Work closely with Finance and Operations leadership to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate them into strategic and actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 6-10+ years of progressive corporate FP&A experience.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presenting financial information to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect operational activity to financial performance impacting business strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, acquisitive, and evolving organization.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to work effectively across Finance, Operations, and senior leadership.
