Financial Systems Manager

Financial Systems Manager | Chicago Area Hybrid | $130,000 to $160,000 + Bonus/Benefits

I'm partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization to identify a Financial Systems Manager to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the company's One Stream EPM platform.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and IT. You'll own the One Stream environment, drive system enhancements, support financial reporting and consolidations, and play a key role in expanding the organization's financial systems capabilities.

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the One Stream EPM platform.
• Manage system configuration, security, metadata, hierarchies, business rules, workflows, mappings, and user provisioning.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external managed service providers to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
• Support financial consolidations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
• Lead implementation of additional One Stream modules, including account reconciliations, workflow management, and planning functionality.
• Support acquisitions by integrating newly acquired businesses into the financial reporting environment.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and documentation while serving as the internal expert for One Stream.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reporting enhancements, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Support ERP implementations and ensure seamless integration with financial reporting systems.
• Maintain strong internal controls and governance surrounding financial systems and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience administering One Stream or a comparable EPM platform (HFM or similar), including several years as the primary system administrator.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidations, cash flow, and GAAP accounting.
• Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency organizations.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience supporting high-growth or acquisition-driven organizations is a plus.
• One Stream Administrator or Architect certification is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
