Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of tools and workspace. Collaborate with the Drift team to ensure seamless, holistic guest experiences. Current cosmetology/esthetician license in Illinois. Strong knowledge of current makeup techniques, trends, and luxury products. Excellent communication and consultation skills. Professional, reliable, and passionate about creating both beauty and connection.
