ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing services to both inpatients and outpatients, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation and related documentation.
Qualifications- Graduate of approved School of Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Illinois.
- Holds and maintains requirements for credential of “Registered” as issued by NBCOT
- Certified in CPR through the American Heart Association.

$50.00/ hour
