Obstetrics & Gynecology Advanced Practice Provider – Rush Copley Medical Center located in Aurora, IL. The provider will support the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology with primary responsibilities of surgical first‑assist, inpatient rounding, and post‑operative care.

12 physicians and four fellow Advanced Practice Providers - This role will support gynecologic and obstetric surgery working closely with OR and L&D teams, in addition to the practices

- Monday‑Friday, hours varied between7am and 5pm.
- 21 beds L&D Unit
- Operating room, inpatient, and outpatient care
- Applicants with previous Advanced Practice Provider experience in women’s health or related specialty is preferred, not required. Relevant RN experience may be considered.
- APRN Candidates will require Acute Care Certification and First Assistant Certification.
- Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process.
- Masterof Science in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing practice with clinical specialtyappropriate to position.
- Current certification by American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP).
- CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Physician Assistant/Associate or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process.
- Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant/Associate Program.
- Current certification from National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
- CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Pay Range: $105,000‑$158,000.
Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. Additional compensation may include premium pay rates, sign‑on bonuses, and relocation allowances.
