Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) 2025–2026 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year at East Aurora School District! Schedule: Full-Time, M-F
Location: In-person, East Aurora School District, IL
Start Date: ASAP
Service Area: Evaluations, therapy, IEPs, progress reports, and team collaboration

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in school settings
• Conduct evaluations and write reports in alignment with IEP requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Collaborate with special education and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
• State of Illinois SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• ASHA CCCs preferred, CFs welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
