IEP Therapy is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to support a public school district in the Aurora, IL area. This school-based position serves students from PreK through high school, with caseload to be determined.
What You’ll DoPrepare, collect, analyze data on observable student behavior
Use data to assist with implementation of skill acquisition and behavioral assessments
Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans
- Document interventions, progress data, and observation notes
Actively support and participate in the district and community’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity goals
Regular and consistent attendance required
Support the district as needed
Master’s degree in Special Education, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
Current BCBA Certification (preferred)
