Prime Healthcare is currently hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to support our cardiology team in Aurora, IL. This position offers the chance to work in a high‑acuity cardiac care setting alongside board‑certified cardiologists, providing outpatient and limited inpatient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.

• Conduct patient assessments and cardiac evaluations
• Manage chronic cardiac conditions such as CHF, CAD, arrhythmias, and post‑MI care
• Assist with medication management, lifestyle counseling, and patient education
• Collaborate with cardiologists to monitor and adjust treatment plans
• Support post‑discharge follow‑up and transitional care

• Current Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois
• At least 1 year of experience in cardiology or internal medicine preferred
• ACLS and BLS certification required

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000–$130,000 on an annualized basis.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
