Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping children learn and grow? We are currently seeking licensed Occupational Therapists who have a strong background in pediatrics for Clinician positions.

We are a neurodiverse affirming clinic that sees primarily children and adolescents. We treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from sensory processing, emotional regulation, developmental delay, neurodiverse clients, feeding disorders, visual motor deficits and more. This position is will need availability in the times after school but schedules are flexible and Clinicians can choose the size of their caseload.

As a multi-disciplinary clinic, we provide Behavioral therapy, Physical Therapy, Pediatric Speech Therapy, and Pediatric Occupational Therapy, and individual and family Behavioral Health counseling for both children and adults.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving clients' daily living skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, goals, and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with speech therapy and behavioral therapy departments as needed, integrating techniques.
- A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in case management and working with diverse populations
- Familiarity with outpatient settings and early intervention techniques is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating strong independent decision-making skills.
