SummaryThe Juvenile Justice Clinician provides individualized, trauma-informed therapeutic services to justice-involved youth. The clinician collaborates with partners across the juvenile justice system to deliver interventions that build emotional regulation, accountability, and long-term stability.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or
Experience:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred, Bachelor's degree required.
- Licensed or license-eligible (LSW, LPC) preferred.
- Experience providing services to youth with complex trauma and justice involvement.
- Familiarity with Restorative Justice, Motivational Interviewing, and culturally responsive clinical approaches.
Other
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends and flexible in scheduling.
- Will be required to transport clients in their own vehicle.
- Must be able to accept and incorporate constructive feedback.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Valid Illinois driver's license with a clear driving record.
- Documentation verifying current automobile insurance.
