Traveling Administrator | LNHA Job Description

As an Administrator, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations and supervise all department managers to ensure compliance. You will be responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting or exceeding quality, clinical, and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives. You will ensure premier customer service and facilitate the resolution of resident care issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies and their representatives, and the community at large
• Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
• Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
