Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management strategies and techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on behavior goals and accommodations.
