Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our SNF team in Illinois. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized care plans, and work closely with facility staff to achieve measurable functional goals.
You will educate patients and families on injuries and progress, re-evaluate progress, and ensure timely documentation of evaluations and progress notes. Supervisory responsibilities include OTAs as part of a multidisciplinary team.
