The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering the opportunity to work with experienced clinicians and deliver quality patient care in a community-focused setting.
Ideal candidates hold NCCPA or CAQ-Psych/PMHNP credentials, Illinois PA or APN licensure, CS licensure, and a current DEA registration.
