Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care to help them regain function and independence.
You will work closely with facility staff, document progress, and educate patients and families about injury, progress, and outcomes. Supervisory responsibilities of PTAs may be involved as part of patient-care planning.
