Newave Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary primary care team in a hybrid outpatient/SNF setting. You will deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy and behavioral counseling for obesity to patients with diabetes, prediabetes, obesity and other chronic diseases.
You’ll work with physicians, nurses and behavioral health staff, provide care in person and via telehealth, and document in EMR to meet CMS and payer standards. Flexible hybrid model offered.
