Job Description
We are seeking a Therapist to join our team! Design your work and caseload while having the support of a collaborative team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality, caring, and ethical behavioral health therapy to clients
- Build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients
- Maintain confidentiality and follow ACA ethical guidelines
- Maintain progress notes for all therapy sessions
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Maintain all required licenses
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of the principles and techniques of clinical therapy
- Master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other related behavioral health degree
- Licensure in Illinois as Social Worker (LSW, LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC, LCPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
