Job Description:

Healthcare Plus is currently seeking a compassionate and bilingual Non-Medical Healthcare Aid / Homemaker to provide essential support and assistance to seniors or clients in their own homes. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Care:
  Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
• Companionship:
  Engage in meaningful interactions and companionship with seniors or clients, promoting emotional well-being and mental stimulation.
• Household Support:
  Perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Medication Reminders:
  Assist clients with medication reminders as per their prescribed schedule, ensuring compliance and safety.
• Bilingual Support:
  Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with clients who speak different languages, ensuring clear understanding and facilitating smooth interactions.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of care provided, including observations, activities, and any changes in the client's condition, adhering to company protocols and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Proficiency:
  Fluent in both English and [insert second language], with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Compassion and Empathy:
