Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization. CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is hiring PRN therapists for our Admit-to-Discharge model, offering maximum schedule flexibility and full continuity of care from evaluation through discharge.

- Flexible weekday hours (Mon-Fri, 7am-6pm) $55/hr

Requirements
- Active Illinois therapy license
- Willingness to learn Thera Office/Homecare Homebase
