Patient Service Representative​/RMG

** Position Summary*
* Practice patient service rep.  proactively ensures an exceptional experience for patients when greeting, checking in, and checking out during their appointment; answers incoming phone calls, responds to general patient requests, takes telephone messages and schedules patient appointments.

** Position Requirements*
* +  
** _Education and Previous Experience_*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required.  Some college preferred.

** _Hardware/Software Experience_*
* + Practice management/medical billing computer programs.  

+ Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel)

+  
** _Other Characteristics_*
* + Excellent oral/written communication skills

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Detailed oriented

+ Ability to set priorities, document conversations and specific actions taken and develop applicable policies and procedures (e.g., regarding collections)

+ Flexible; able to adapt to change

+ Bilingual (Spanish) capabilities a plus
