Role
Per Diem Registered Nurse Med/Surg, providing safe, effective, and compassionate care on medical/surgical units.
- Responsibilities:
Independently deliver patient care, utilize the nursing process for planning and evaluation, supervise unlicensed staff, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes and safety. - Qualifications:
Current Illinois nursing license, graduate of an NLN-accredited school (BSN preferred), BLS certification, NIHSS certification, and at least two years of recent acute care med/surg experience with telemetry competence.
Strong clinical skills in med/surg nursing, telemetry proficiency, effective communication, and teamwork.
- Additional Information:
