Cook County Health is seeking an experienced Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic to respond to emergencies within the Department of Corrections and related facilities. You will perform ACLS, monitor and document patient status, and assist in stabilizing detainees while coordinating with physicians, RNs, and PAs.
The role requires an IL EMT-P license, CPR/ACLS certifications, and 2 years of EMT experience. Shifts are 3PM–11PM; benefits include medical coverage and retirement plans.
