School Occupational Therapist Position Aurora, IL

Job Description

A new school position is open for a state of Illinois licensed Occupational Therapist to work with students in elementary grades at 2 sites in the Aurora, IL area. The Occupational Therapist will be able to make their own daily/weekly schedule following the school day and working 30-37.5 hours hours a week, 4-5 days onsite. The caseload will be with 40 students in resource and general population classrooms.

Experience with school based therapy and evaluations is preferred, but OTs with pediatric and sensory integration experience with be considered. This OT position in Aurora, IL pays weekly every Friday, offers medical insurance benefits, and 401k matching program. Salary will be determined by experience and discussed during the interview process.

• state of Illinois license active as an Occupational Therapist active or applied for (must be able to obtain during interview/hiring process)
• experience with pediatrics or in school based settings
• able to work full time hours, 30-37.5 hours a week (4 or 5 day work week schedule)
• onsite position, school hours only
• immediate start and hire or available for the upcoming school year (start in August)
• travel and relocation assistance available, materials reimbursement allowance
