Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Olivia, MN. You will provide PT services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, conduct screenings, assist in evaluating residents, and help coordinate treatment plans and schedules.
Requirements include an associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and an active PTA license. Ongoing continuing education is expected.
