• Deliver direct physical therapy services in accordance with students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
• Conduct evaluations and monitor motor function, mobility, and physical development.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers to facilitate student access to the educational environment.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation to ensure compliance with special education regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations regarding accommodations and therapeutic strategies.

• Valid IL Physical Therapy license (required).
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
