CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for PRN therapists to join our Admit-to-Discharge model. This is a great opportunity for therapists who want flexibility while having the ability to follow their patients from evaluation through discharge.
