Step into a dynamic, collaborative environment supporting early childhood students by providing speech-language services in a well-resourced setting near Aurora, IL. This contract opportunity, running through June 7, 2027, offers 37.5 hours per week with a caseload focused on early learners. Both licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome, with strong mentorship and supervision available.

Key Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license or eligibility for license/CFY in Illinois
  • Passion for serving early childhood populations in a school-based setting
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and best practices
Primary Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct intervention to students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring for early childhood caseloads
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in annual performance reviews
  • Attend and contribute to monthly collaboration meetings, round tables, and regular 1:1 supervisor check-ins
  • Engage with peers, leaders, and other specialists via an interactive online platform for real-time support and resource sharing
