Supports and coordinates the daily activities of the stewarding team;
Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations;
Monitor dishwashing, pot washing, and garbage disposal processes to maintain efficiency;
Train, mentor, and support stewarding staff in operational procedures and safety protocols;
Enforce company policies and procedures, including food safety, OSHA, and sanitation standards
