Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities- Set up event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and diagrams
- Arrange tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, podiums, linens, and décor
- Ensure proper placement of signage and directional materials
- Monitor events to respond to layout changes or operational needs
- Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms, hallways, and storage areas
- Assist banquet and catering teams as needed during events
- Break down event spaces and return equipment to storage
- Safely transport equipment using carts and dollies
- Report maintenance or safety concerns immediately
- Follow all safety, fire code, and company procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banquet, event, or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret room diagrams and event orders
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
